Prescription medications can only be delivered to UK addresses, and the recipient must be available to receive the delivery.

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we cannot accept returns on prescription medications unless they are faulty or supplied in error. Non-prescription items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law.
